This place has been going down hill ever since they got QR codes. The manager Johnathan was ever helpful with fixing my payment issues.

Seats were incredibly comfortable and having your food and drinks brought to you was wonderful. However the pizza tasted liked it was a frozen pizza that had been baked a bit too long.

The majestic used to be my favorite theater. I hate to leave a negative review, however today's experience left a sour taste in my mouth. The new "QR code" order system is ridiculous. First of all, it didn't work. The code wouldn't scan and the text link they provided only brought up an error page. Additionally, no one wants to be in a crowded movie theater with everyone using their phones. This is a terrible idea. Once my movie was over I never even received a receipt or a way to pay. I had to track the server down to pay. (Our server did bring our food and provided us refills, my complaint is not with him). This new system is so horrible sadly I may not return.

QR Codes are an objective example that we are now living the movie 'Idiocracy'; our technology has surpassed our common sense.We went to Gilbert today after a lengthy gap in attendance. They now have QR Codes on the table that you need to scan to order food and set up a tab. Sloppy and unorganized is putting it nicely... You need your phone out with a light... In a dark movie theater... to scan the code to go to a website... On your phone... In a dark movie theater, (Herp-a-Derp) and I had difficulty scanning and connecting. In addition, you now have a surcharge for using the code. After the movie we had to look for our server to sign off on the bill. Our server did a great job under the circumstances and this is not directed toward his service.If you're going to attend, I suggest getting your order up front when you get there.For us, there is no longer an incentive to attend the Majestic, we have closer theaters with better organization and less interruptions.

QR code to order food and refills, and you will be lucky to even get the initial order let alone refills as customer service is non-existent. People talking and not being asked to stop. Might as well go to a less expensive theater.
